These Payment Terms govern all transactions made through our platform and services. By completing a purchase or subscribing to any service offered by Cennovar, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any payment.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as select digital payment methods where available. All accepted payment options are displayed at the point of checkout. We reserve the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
2. Pricing and Currency
All prices listed on our platform are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at our discretion. Any changes to pricing will not affect active subscriptions or confirmed orders unless explicitly communicated in advance with reasonable notice.
3. Billing Cycles
Services may be offered on a one-time, monthly, or annual billing basis depending on the plan selected. For subscription-based services, billing occurs automatically at the start of each billing cycle. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the applicable fees until you cancel your subscription.
3.1 Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will not receive a separate renewal notice unless required by applicable law. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription and cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue.
3.2 Prorated Charges
If you upgrade or downgrade your plan during an active billing cycle, charges may be prorated based on the remaining days in the cycle. The exact proration method will be disclosed at the time of the plan change.
4. Taxes and Fees
Displayed prices may not include applicable taxes. Any taxes, duties, or government-imposed fees applicable to your purchase will be calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address. You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of our services.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. All payment data is handled in accordance with industry-standard security protocols.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information associated with your account. We may retry the charge one or more times within a reasonable period. If payment is not successfully collected, access to the relevant service may be suspended or terminated until the outstanding balance is settled.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. In general, fees paid for completed service periods are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are issued for unused time within that period unless explicitly offered.

8. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account. We will work in good faith to resolve any billing disputes promptly and fairly.
9. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
Where free trials or promotional pricing are offered, the specific terms, duration, and conditions will be clearly stated at the time of sign-up. At the end of a free trial, your account may automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial period ends. Promotional rates are not guaranteed to be available for future billing cycles.
10. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing information in your account. Failure to maintain current payment details may result in service interruption. You agree to promptly update your payment method if your existing one expires or becomes invalid.
11. Changes to Payment Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our platform prior to taking effect. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
