What Cennovar actually does

Founded in 2020, Cennovar set out to address a specific gap: small and mid-sized businesses in Ontario were spending disproportionate time on financial reporting tasks that could be automated with the right setup. The problem was rarely a lack of data — it was the absence of a structured pipeline from raw figures to decision-ready reports.

The work involves configuring tools like Power BI, Excel Power Query, and cloud-connected accounting platforms so that reports generate on schedule without manual intervention. Each setup is specific to the client's chart of accounts, reporting cadence, and existing software stack.

Confidentiality is central to how we operate. Financial data is handled under strict access controls, and every client engagement begins with a clear data handling agreement before any system access is granted.

Handover and documentation

Every system is handed over with written documentation covering data sources, refresh schedules, and common failure points. The client's team can maintain and extend the setup independently after delivery.
